Director of Service Development
Do you have what it takes to establish governance and further develop end-to-end concepts, ensuring continuous best-in-class service solutions?
We are looking for a Director of Service Development who can transform the service business from a product-based to a concept-based approach. Our client is an international software company that strives to exceed customers’ expectations in an increasingly complex market. They seek an experienced Director of Service Development to ensure services are competitive, innovative, and aligned with market demands.
You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role in an international company where service development and value-based customer solutions have been a top priority. You combine this experience with a commercial mindset and solid project management skills.
You probably have a master’s degree in computer science, business administration or another related field. Most importantly, you have experience developing competitive and innovative service solutions. Insights into software solutions would be an advantage, though not essential. The most important factor is a solid understanding of developing service solutions.
Our client offers an international environment with the opportunity to develop both personally and professionally.
Travelling: Between 30 and 40 days a year.
Domicile: Eastern Jutland, Denmark.
