Division Director, Landscape

As Division Director, Landscape at Henning Larsen, you will be responsible for the global growth and brand of Henning Larsen’s landscape division. You will expand the market and drive professionalism and a commercial mindset across geographies to secure wins and delivery on large-scale, high-profile international projects.
You will be part of a global leadership team and a design community with a creative culture and a history of delivering award-winning international projects of all scales and sizes. Henning Larsen has delivered innovative and sustainable design solutions and multidisciplinary expertise within architecture, urban design, and landscape design. Projects span across water-sensitive urban design masterplans, concert halls, university buildings, public parks, biodiversity enhancement and restoration nature parks, headquarters, and sustainable housing.
With direct report to the Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the long-term go-to-market strategy for the landscape division according to Henning Larsen’s priorities for global growth. You will work closely with global market leaders to develop strategy, business, and market and join a large global design community with more than 180 landscape architects and designers worldwide.

The position requires a seasoned and experienced business leader with an international and commercial mindset who can drive overall business growth. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of experience in driving business performance, operations and sales - preferably within the architecture sector.
You have a master’s degree in landscape architecture and extensive practical experience in the landscape sector.
You are a person with a strategic mindset, business acumen, leadership skills, emotional intelligence and excellent communicative power.
Travelling: It is a global role, and travelling must be expected.
Henning Larsen locations: Denmark, Germany, Norway, Sweden, the Faroe Islands, the US, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australia.
