We prioritize a high level of work ethics to ensure a professional process for both clients and the candidates. Our work ethic means that we do not headhunt candidates from the customer’s business one year after the last assignment. If an employee from the client’s company apply for an advertised position, we will treat him/her on an equal footing with other applicants for the position.
